1、负责管控中台的研发工作，为存储、数据库、中间件等产品提供通用的生命周期管理框架和工作流调度引擎，提高产品业务的迭代效率； 2、负责存储ToB产品的容灾中心建设，实现跨AZ、跨地域等不同级别的容灾水平，提供快速的数据灾备、数据校验、故障感知切换等能力； 3、负责管控中台的架构优化，提供统一的框架服务，管理多种产品类型和多种资源类型，降低运营成本。

1、计算机相关专业，熟悉Go/Java/Python语言中的一种，1年以上工程实践经验，对代码质量有追求，有Openstack、K8S Operator等相关研发经验的优先。 2、有大规模高并发、高可用应用的架构设计和开发运维经验，对可靠性、性能、可用性等有深刻理解，有存储或数据库管控服务研发经验的优先。 3、对技术有强烈的进取心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
