1、负责国际支付增长算法工作，对国际化电商、直播、商业化等核心交易场景的支付和金融产品的增长指标负责，通过个性化流量分配、个性化营销补贴，提升用户体验与转化效率，为业务成长提供动力； 2、负责研究突破用户增长中算法难题，包括深度学习、因果推断、运筹优化等研究方向，为业务增长提供技术支持； 3、深度探索用户增长的数据、策略、算法，提升用户增长、转化的效率； 4、探索LLM相关技术在用户增长领域的应用，优化用户增长模式。

1、硕士学位及以上，计算机、机器学习和数据挖掘等相关专业，或具备同等专业能力； 2、熟练掌握数据结构、机器学习、深度学习、大模型等知识，熟练应用TensorFlow、PyTorch等框架；动手能力强、学习能力好、关注前沿技术迭代更新、拥抱AI； 3、应用算法：有营销、推荐、广告、搜索、大模型等相关算法应用经验优先，有金融业务应用可加分但非必须项，有业务成功落地经验者优先； 4、基础算法：熟练掌握深度学习、因果推断、时序学习、图学习、强化学习、弱监督学习、NLP、KG、LLM等一类或多类算法理论；有相关算法创新者优先，有国际会议论文或竞赛成果加分。
