1、深入了解字节跳动业务模式，结合字节跳动内部和三方征信等数据，全面对用户进行金融画像绘制； 2、基于数据分析和挖掘，制定风险策略，包括欺诈策略、支付安全策略等，并持续优化； 3、完成各类分析报告、监控报表等； 4、与产品、运营、研发等团队紧密协作、推动需求落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、金融、计算机等相关专业； 2、熟练使用SQL、Python、R等数据分析工具者优先； 3、具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力及解决问题的能力。
