1、本科及以上学历，有娱乐直播等泛内容行业经验优先； 2、逻辑性强，具备较好的数据分析能力、业务洞察力，持续启发业务演进；理解LLM核心工作原理，有Al coding实操经验； 3、能深入体验娱乐直播，对直播行业充满热情与好奇；了解AI模型的发展变化与边界，持续改进个人工作流； 4、较强的自驱力，擅长团队协作。
