1、主导研发具身机器人的感知导航算法，包括但不限于算法架构设计、模型研发、数据、评测，部署等方面； 2、参与前沿导航算法在人形机器人下的落地工作，技术方向包括但不限于视觉语言导航VLN，视觉导航跟踪EVT，长时序记忆等方向； 3、参与构建传统导航规划与多模态大模型导航相结合的架构能力，并参与算法的落地实现和优化提升，特别是室内复杂场景下的模型泛化性问题； 4、探索具身导航技术在工业、服务或特定场景中的技术应用和落地机会，发现关键问题并指出解决路径，向客户交付高可用方案； 5、参与具身机器人技术栈的软件架构设计与开发，及用于训练所需的数据采集技术； 6、与团队成员紧密协作，共同解决复杂的跨领域技术难题。

1、硕士/博士学位，专业方向为计算机科学、自动化、人工智能、机器人学或相关领域，或具备同等水平的工业实践经验； 2、熟悉视觉语言导航VLN，视觉导航跟踪EVT方向的前沿工作，如NavGPT，GPT-4V，TrackVLA等；熟悉主流的数据集和模拟器如R2R、RxR，SOON等，可以熟练地参与导航模型研发工作； 3、扎实的传统导航算法基础，如各类SLAM框架ORB-SLAM3、VINS-Mono/Fusion、LIO-SAM等，熟悉非线性优化、因子图、EKF/ESKF、粒子滤波、BA、回环检测等核心算法，能独立阅读并修改源码；有视觉语言模型与传统SLAM融合经验者优先； 4、熟悉C/C++，Python编程，良好的编程风格习惯，代码能力出色，有ROS2等工程开发经验； 5、具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效指导和推动他人开展研究工作。
