字节DPU 团队致力于构建字节跳动集团以及火山引擎公有云的计算基础设施底座，致力于下一代云计算领域底层软硬件技术(计算/网络/存储)的研发和探索，含下一代的软硬一体虚拟化 Hypervisor 底座、自研用户态网络协议栈、高速传输协议机及应用、虚拟网络交换机、高性能存储栈等技术方向的生产开发与前沿探索。

1、负责基于DPU的数据中心高性能传输协议与高速互联架构的设计与研发，为存储/计算/AI训练与推理等业务提供高性能传输技术； 2、负责高性能传输协议卸载与软硬件结合的设计与研发； 3、负责分布式计算通信组件(MPI/NCCL/UCX等)的高性能传输优化； 4、负责大规模AI集群的高性能传输优化与网内计算的设计与研发； 5、持续跟踪业内云计算网络相关技术和软硬件相关领域（大规模AI加速/FPGA/高速互联协议）的技术发展趋势，把握未来技术趋势和业务未来需求，开展系统创新研究与验证。

1、熟悉X86或ARM体系架构； 2、熟悉多核平台下开发及性能调优； 3、熟悉Linux内核网络协议栈与OFED，有相关开发和性能调优经验优先； 4、熟悉大规模AI训练或数据中心分布式网络通信，有相关经验优先； 5、熟悉高性能框架如DPDK、BPF等，有相关开发经验优先； 6、有高性能传输协议/用户态协议栈、RDMA/GDR/CXL、智能网卡、IOAT、QAT等相关的软硬件结合的经验优先； 7、对数据中心网络协议设计/拥塞控制/集群调优有深刻理解和相关经验优先。
