1、负责抖音等视频产品的内容安全相关算法工作，为短视频/直播推荐、生态运营提供基础算法能力支持； 2、深入理解内容安全策略，结合机器学习等技术，降低业务内容安全风险，提升模型系统审核能力； 3、结合推荐系统和内容安全业务，调整内容分发策略，改善用户体验并降低产品风险。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子等相关专业背景； 2、有丰富的机器学习/CV/音频模型/NLP 相关经验，包括但不限于： a. 推荐、搜索、广告等大规模机器学习行业经验 b. 机器学习/CV/音频/NLP等相关比赛或行业经验 c. 机器学习/CV/音频/人工智能相关领域会议论文（KDD/WWW/NIPS/ICML/CVPR/ACL/AAAI...） 3、扎实的编程技术，熟悉 python/C++ 等编程语言； 4、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情，能够将机器学习算法和业务结合解决现实问题； 5、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神。
