1、赛道研究与机会挖掘：开展奢品行业深度研究，涵盖品牌、商品、渠道、营销、用户等全方位的分析与机会挖掘，制定奢品行业的引入目标和发展规划； 2、奢品品牌入驻BD：持续建联目标品牌，通过定制化的经营策略和合作方案吸引品牌入驻经营，组织与品牌总部、中国团队的高层沟通会议，充分理解抖音经营特性和平台资源，能够抓住增长机会和政策利好，及时转化为品牌BD方案； 3、制定奢品行业扶持政策和组织专项资源：根据行业和品牌特性，组织内部专项资源支持，包括政策、规则、产品、营销、场域等。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、工作经验：具备咨询公司（战略咨询、管理咨询）或战略投资、奢品行业公司（零售、品牌、投资）相关经验者优先； 3、核心能力：具备较强的行业研究、逻辑分析与方案输出能力，具备项目管理、跨部门协同及资源整合能力，擅长推动战略与项目落地；对奢品行业有浓厚兴趣，具备敏锐的行业洞察力与商业感知力；有较强的沟通表达、汇报宣讲及谈判能力； 4、英语听说读写流利，能熟练使用办公软件（Excel、PPT、Word），具备PPT排版、数据可视化能力者优先；职业素养高。
