1、负责电商平台店铺准入与经营规则体系的设计与迭代，包括店铺类型划分、入驻门槛、经营规范等核心规则，平衡商家入驻效率与平台风险底线； 2、负责品牌资质规则的制定与优化，建立品牌授权链路审核标准、商标资质分级管理机制、品牌真伪鉴别体系，覆盖商标、授权书、质检报告等各类资质的审核规则，持续提升品牌资质审核的准确率和自动化率； 3、搭建规则效果评估体系，通过数据分析监控规则对商家入驻率、资质通过率、违规率、投诉率等核心指标的影响，数据驱动规则迭代； 4、处理复杂商家申诉与特殊场景判定，针对品牌侵权、资质造假、授权争议等疑难案例建立判定标准，输出规则补丁，推动从个案到规则的沉淀； 5、跨部门协同推动规则落地，与法务、风控、商家运营、产品、技术等团队紧密配合，确保规则合法合规、可执行、可系统化； 6、行业与产品研究，跟踪国内外主流电商平台的店铺及品牌资质规则演进，结合平台业务阶段输出策略建议。

1、2年以上电商平台或平台公司规则/策略/治理相关工作经验，有店铺规则、品牌资质、商家治理等方向的实操经验优先； 2、具备从0到1搭建规则体系的能力，能独立完成规则调研、方案设计、灰度验证、全量上线的完整闭环； 3、强逻辑思维和数据分析能力，擅长用数据定位问题、验证规则效果，熟练使用SQL/Excel等数据分析工具； 4、熟悉电商平台商家生态和品牌治理逻辑，了解商标法、广告法、电子商务法等与平台经营相关的法律法规； 5、优秀的跨部门沟通和项目推动能力，能在多方利益诉求中找到平衡点，推动复杂项目落地； 6、有电商平台规则团队经验，或有第三方品牌方/知识产权代理机构经验者优先。
