1、负责字节跳动生活服务产品业务的体验设计工作，把握业务全流程逻辑，根据业务目标，拆解和制定设计目标，独立完成最佳的交互、视觉设计方案； 2、能够深入参与业务，与产品研发团队紧密配合，推动公司业务发展和体验提升； 3、对用户需求和产品的商业目标能深入洞察并做好平衡；思维逻辑清晰，对用户体验设计的方法有深刻理解； 4、关注行业发展，对业务和行业敏感，不断思考产品未来的发展和设计方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备成功产品的项目经验与整体设计方案落地经，有良好的产品思维，有互联网设计的实习经验加分； 3、有丰富的美学知识和扎实的设计功底，关注细节，追求品质； 4、有较强推动力和执行力，注重效率同时保证高水准产出。
