1、通过多种途径收集客户之声（VOC），分析客户使用云计算产品的体验现状和痛点，深入洞察客户体验改善方向及产品优化需求； 2、通过构建系统化的体验机制、流程、规则，持续推动产品经理、产品解决方案、产品研发等相关团队，针对客户体验痛点及产品需求进行优化与迭代，推进改进措施落地，改善客户体验；与内部业务相关方建立良好的合作伙伴关系及协作机制； 3、开展客户体验调研，采用客户净推荐值（NPS）调研、深度访谈等形式，收集客户反馈并输出调研报告，协同各相关团队推动调研问题的改进； 4、定义体验度量指标，通过数据分析运营，衡量体验优化效果； 5、搭建客户声音运营系统，通过产品化、智能化方式进行客户声音运营，并制定与之相匹配的运营机制和方案，提高客户声音运营的精准性与效率，更高效地推动业务问题解决。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，具有5年以上云计算行业相关工作经验； 2、具备技术背景，掌握计算、网络、存储、数据库、云原生、大模型、大数据等一种及以上技能，熟悉主流云计算产品（对火山引擎产品熟悉者优先）； 3、具备敏锐的洞察分析能力，能够准确识别关键的客户体验问题，推动技术改进和创新；以结果为导向，具备较强的沟通协调及推动能力，抗压能力良好； 4、能够结合客户业务反馈、行业内对比分析以及商业价值判断等，定义客户体验标准，持续发现、分析和改进体验问题，形成系统化运转机制； 5、具有良好的数据分析能力和项目管理能力，熟悉企业客户服务，具有企业客户技术支持、客户体验运营等经验者优先。
