1、从差旅业务管理目标、用户体验、运营数据和服务质量表现中识别问题与机会，设计运营策略和可落地的优化方案，并通过指标监控、试点验证和复盘机制推动持续优化； 2、拉通差旅资源、服务、系统产品研发等相关方，承担系统需求收口、优先级梳理、方案评审、上线验收和质量把控，推动业务需求高质量转化为系统能力； 3、搭建并持续完善差旅运营质量管理、项目管理、用户反馈、数据分析和团队协同机制，提升差旅服务能力和运营管理水平； 4、牵头或深度参与差旅服务提升类重点专项，如员工差旅行为引导、服务流程优化、系统建设等专项，从问题定义、方案设计到落地复盘形成闭环； 5、探索AI在差旅服务、运营质检、智能预订和提醒等场景中的应用，推动员工差旅体验、运营和管理效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3-5年运营策略、服务设计、流程优化、系统建设、需求管理或项目管理相关经验； 2、具备较强的业务理解和用户视角，能够在员工体验和成本效率之间做出平衡判断； 3、具备业务与产品研发协同经验，能够完成需求翻译、需求收口、优先级判断、方案推动和上线验收； 4、具备良好的结构化思考、复杂项目管理、跨团队沟通协同和数据分析能力，能够独立推动跨团队专项落地； 5、英文可作为工作语言；有全球化协同、跨区域项目、AI应用或运营智能化项目经验者优先。
