1、负责韩国市场的采购项目管理，主导区域物流采购策略的制定与执行，并根据业务目标制定及推动区域采购战略落地； 2、负责供应商的开发、评估、准入、绩效管理及淘汰等全生命周期管理，持续优化区域供应商资源池，提升供应商管理效率与质量； 3、主导重点采购项目的商务谈判、价格谈判、合同条款设计及合同履约管理，确保采购项目顺利执行并实现商业目标； 4、通过市场调研、品类分析及数据分析，识别降本增效机会，持续优化采购成本，提升采购效率及整体成本竞争力； 5、持续关注韩国市场环境变化、供应链风险及政策合规要求，不断完善采购管理制度及合同条款，建立风险识别、评估与应对机制。

1、具备韩语及英语工作沟通能力，能够熟练使用两种语言开展业务沟通及跨团队协作，尤其是与韩国本地物流合作伙伴的沟通； 2、相关经验：具备至少5年采购、供应链管理或战略采购相关工作经验，有韩国市场采购经验者优先； 3、采购专业能力：熟悉采购全流程，包括需求管理、供应商开发、招投标及采购执行、商务谈判、合同管理和供应商管理等； 4、项目管理与跨部门协作：结果导向，具备推动复杂项目落地的能力，能够通过高效的跨部门合作实现业务目标； 5、韩国市场认知：深入了解韩国市场的商业环境、供应商生态及跨文化协作模式，能够有效开展本地化采购工作； 6、风险与合规意识：具备较强的风险识别与合规管理意识，能够在采购效率、成本控制及风险管理之间实现合理平衡。
