1、负责抖音电商搜索推荐链路下配送场景的策略规划，深入洞察用户在电商发货场景下的用户对物流配送的诉求，精准定位用户痛点和需求趋势，为产品策略制定提供有力依据； 2、协同算法团队，制定配送搜索结果的理想态评估和指标体系，制定并持续优化搜索推荐策略，提升配送推荐的整体体验；通过数据分析挖掘用户行为模式和业务问题，以数据为导向快速迭代优化产品策略； 3、关注行业发展趋势和技术创新例如大模型，结合抖音电商平台优势和大模型能力，设计创新的配送推荐产品形态和策略。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年及以上策略产品工作经验，有电商领域、搜索推荐相关经验者优先； 2、理解电商业务、配送业务基本逻辑，具备复杂业务场景下的需求理解、抽象及设计能力，优秀的系统方案设计与表达能力； 3、对搜索引擎基本原理有扎实的理解，具备较强的逻辑分析能力和数据分析能力，能够熟练运用数据分析工具（如SQL、Python数据分析库等）进行数据处理和分析，从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案； 4、具备良好的用户视角和全局思维，能够站在用户和业务整体的角度思考问题，有较强的跨团队协作沟通能力和执行推动力，能够有效协调内外部资源，推动项目顺利落地； 5、对新技术、新趋势保持敏锐的洞察力，具备快速学习和创新能力，能够不断探索新的产品形态和策略，将行业前沿技术和理念应用到实际工作中，提升产品竞争力。
