1、负责火山引擎国内和海外站点的安全治理与策略攻防，对业务结果和指标负责； 2、通过分析挖掘用户行为、举报反馈等数据，协同算法团队建设用户风险模型，搭建风险治理与风险感知体系； 3、熟悉互联网常见风险领域，尤其是业务中黑产链条的运作模式和各类作弊手段，制定风控策略与模型的改进优化方案，设计相关策略评估体系与方法； 4、协调各方资源，与多个团队协作推进业务落地，并持续优化产品流程与合作流程。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/信息安全/统计学/数学及相关专业优先，有技术背景优先； 2、互联网产品工作经验，有营销活动风控工作经验优先对数据敏感，具有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑判断能力，目标导向； 3、具备较强的沟通及协作能力，跨多部门沟通，并主动推进项目，对结果负责； 4、优秀的自驱力、学习能力，喜欢接受挑战、追求极致； 5、流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
