1、负责汽水音乐效果广告素材创意策略的制定与执行，支撑产品增长目标达成； 2、具备卖点挖掘和管理生产能力，对接管理素材合作方，运营合作方生态，对素材交付效率与质量负责，确保创意策略高效落地； 3、与内容供给、推荐&产品、渠道投放等团队密切合作，建立并优化沟通机制，落地素材驱动用户增长的方法论； 4、例行外部洞察&内部监控、分析素材效果数据，保持创新性，通过数据分析定位机会并驱动策略迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上效果广告相关工作经验，深入了解国内主流效果广告逻辑和素材优化的关键方向，有内容型产品增长相关经验优先； 2、具备良好的营销思维和数据敏感度，善于挖掘产品和内容的价值点、洞察用户需求，并可以通过素材针对性表达； 3、具有较强的创新精神和执行力，对内容热点及音乐行业趋势敏感，思维开阔，逻辑清晰，沟通良好，有代理管理经验优先。
