1、负责自营仓、类自营仓相关运筹与AI项目落地，推进服务商深度合作创新仓的算法研发，将深度强化学习应用于智能分单、组波拣选、动态包材优化等仓内核心环节，完成（Fulfill By）（Fulfillment Technology）系统的落地迭代，突破传统运筹优化在复杂动态场景下的效率瓶颈； 2、负责First-Mile/Last-Mile场景的算法建设，基于强化学习框架决策揽收排线动态计划、商家智能选择和区域实时划分，迭代平台智能分单算法、派送站维度GTL三段码预测模型；落地大模型驱动的劳动力智能排班优化方案，结合业务规则与实时运力波动自动生成排班策略，提升末端履约效率； 3、参与全球物流骨干网规划项目，基于大语言模型搭建供应链复杂场景推演能力，准确评估仓配变化对应的时效、流量和平台利润变化，深化大模型在网络规划场景的多场景模拟、自动参数调优落地，优化全球物流网络布局的决策效率与科学性； 4、负责Middle-Mile场景的智能调度算法研发，主导US TPE（运输计划和执行系统）等跨区域物流项目的算法设计与落地实施，将强化学习应用于干线运输动态路径规划与运力调度，持续优化干线运输的成本与时效稳定性；探索AI创新项目落地，除搭建入库扫描图像识别能力外，重点推进多模态大模型在收货缺件智能识别、异常场景自动溯源的应用，解决人工抽检效率低、异常赔付纠纷多的业务痛点，降低运营风险与成本； 5、深入挖掘物流全链路数据，提炼物流运营模式优化、服务质量改善的核心方向，参与产品方案设计，协同产品、运营、经营分析等跨团队推动算法产品化落地，持续为业务赋能。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机科学、工业工程、供应链与物流、运筹学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数据结构和算法设计基础，并熟练使用Python、Java、C++、R等其中一门编程语言； 3、精通深度学习、强化学习（尤其是序列决策、多智能体强化学习方向）、运筹优化（整数规划、随机规划）、大模型（LLM应用微调、多模态大模型）相关的算法和落地实践，有物流或供应链领域相关算法落地经验者优先； 4、有较强的学习能力和好奇心，逻辑清晰，具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，有较好的英文写作/沟通能力； 5、有计算机领域会议（如NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、KDD、AAAI、IJCAI等）或运筹学相关期刊（OR、MS、MP、M&SOM、POMS、TS、TRB等）论文发表或项目成果者优先。
