1、负责多云管理平台整体产品设计与迭代，覆盖资源管控、资源交付、容量管理、运维监控、成本治理、安全合规全模块； 2、聚焦云资源运维与交付体系建设，规范资源申请、上架、分配、回收全流程，提升资源交付效率与运维标准化能力；主导资源容量规划与水位管理，做资源存量盘点、容量预判、缺口推演与资源池调度，保障业务资源稳定供给；开展云资源经营与利用率治理，盘活闲置、低效资源，优化资源结构，实现降本提效与精细化运维管理； 3、对接业务、研发、运维团队，收集梳理需求，输出产品方案、流程规范，跨部门推动功能落地与持续迭代； 4、搭建权限管控、流程审批、操作审计、环境隔离等企业级合规安全能力，支撑高等级业务运维管控要求； 5、结合AI、大模型能力，落地平台智能化运维、自动化巡检、异常识别、运维流程自动化改造，提升整体运维效率。

1、3年以上多云管理、云资源运维、资源交付、运维平台产品经理经验； 2、熟悉云服务器、容器、存储、网络等基础云资源，了解公有云/私有云整体架构及资源运维流程； 3、有资源容量管理、资源交付流程、资源运维治理相关实战经验，具备云资源利用率优化、闲置治理、成本结构梳理相关经验，会使用AI工具、理解大模型应用逻辑，有平台智能化、自动化改造落地经验者优先； 4、具备云管平台、资源运维平台、资源容量规划相关产品经验，云资源交付流程设计、资源池化调度、运维体系搭建经验，企业级安全合规、运维审计、环境隔离类产品经验，以及基于AI大模型做智能化运维、自动化治理改造项目经验； 5、逻辑思维清晰，跨部门沟通推进能力强，能落地复杂运维类产品需求。
