1、负责具身数据运营体系建设与日常推进，围绕数据采集、回流、预处理、标注协作、质量验收、数据集交付等环节建立稳定流程，对数据交付效率、质量一致性和版本可追溯负责； 2、负责多模态数据采集运营，包括采集任务拆解、路线与场景覆盖规划、设备与车辆资源协调、排班执行、现场问题跟进和采集合规管理，保障关键场景、长尾场景和高价值样本持续回流； 3、负责标注生产与供应商管理，结合算法、产品和数据闭环团队制定标注规范、验收标准和交付节奏，推进预标注、人工标注、质检抽检、返修复核等流程闭环； 4、负责数据质量治理与资产化运营，推动数据清洗、去重、异常识别、标签补齐、数据集版本管理和样本流转记录建设，提升训练、评测和分析场景下的数据可用性； 5、沉淀数据运营指标体系与过程看板，持续跟踪采集覆盖、标注产能、质量缺陷、交付周期、返工率等关键指标，及时识别瓶颈并推动流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上数据运营工作经验； 2、熟悉数据采集、标注生产、质检验收、供应商管理和数据交付流程，能够将算法或产品需求转化为可执行的数据生产计划； 3、具备较强的现场组织和跨团队协作能力，能够协调算法、平台、测试、供应商及业务团队，在项目中推动问题闭环； 4、具备数据意识和质量意识，能够基于指标发现流程问题，推动标准化、自动化和可追溯机制落地； 5、有智能驾驶、视觉感知或多模态数据生产经验优先； 6、有智驾行业路采、标注、场景运营、数据闭环或量产项目经验优先，熟悉图像、视频、点云、轨迹、Sensor时序等数据形态者优先。
