1、负责客服团队的日常运营与管理，监控团队各项关键指标（如解决率、满意度等），定期进行数据分析，针对问题提出改进方案并跟踪落实，保障服务质量稳定提升，提升客户满意度； 2、参与增长类项目的落地协同，从客服角度提供专业建议；收集整理客户反馈及市场信息，为产品优化、业务创新提供数据支持与决策依据； 3、通过跨部门合作，协同产品、治理、业务等建立顺畅的沟通机制，及时反馈客户需求与问题，推动跨部门问题解决，提升协作效率； 4、依据业务发展需求，合理规划团队人力配置，招聘、培训、指导与激励客服团队成员，提升团队整体业务能力与专业素养。

1、本科及以上学历，具有客服团队管理经验和有运营工作经验优先，熟悉到店业务、社交平台等行业客服流程与管理模式者优先； 2、擅长牵引跨部门的合作达成，具备良好的团队合作精神，有从0-1搭建团队经验者更佳； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练运用数据分析工具，通过数据洞察问题本质，制定精准有效的解决方案； 4、拥有敏锐的洞察力与服务意识，能够快速响应并妥善处理各类客户问题，有处理突发事件&风险事件的能力。
