1、负责管报核算平台与财务数据门户的后端架构设计与核心功能研发，保障可用性、性能与可扩展性； 2、面向财务业务场景（核算、管报/经营分析、自助取数与报表加工等），建设稳定的数据加工与查询链路，支持大规模数据任务调度与高并发查询； 3、与财务BP、管理会计专家、数据/算法/平台团队协作，沉淀统一口径与业务语义，推动能力平台化、服务化； 4、在财务数据门户方向，推动“语义化建模+AI资产消费”能力落地，支持资产检索、指标理解、准确取数等AI场景； 5、建设工程效能与质量体系：CodeReview、压测与性能调优、线上问题定位与稳定性治理。

1、基础背景 1）本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程相关专业； 2）5年及以上后端开发经验，有复杂业务系统或平台型系统建设经验； 2、技术能力 1）精通Java，深入理解JVM原理，具备JVM调优实战经验； 2）熟练掌握Spring Boot等主流框架，具备高可用、高并发系统设计能力； 3）精通MyBatis等ORM框架；熟悉复杂SQL编写与优化，能支撑数亿级数据加工与查询场景； 4）熟悉大数据技术在Java生态中的集成；能熟练使用Spark（Java API）进行批处理任务开发与优化；了解Hadoop生态（HDFS/Hive）者优先； 3、业务架构与协作能力 1）理解财务会计与管理会计的核心差异，具备跨角色协作与需求抽象能力； 2）能与财务BP、管理会计专家高效沟通，将复杂业务术语（如边际贡献、变动成本法、因素分析等）转化为可落地的技术方案； 3）具备将财务专家分析经验沉淀为可复用资产/规则/知识库（含AI Agent知识库）的抽象与建模能力。
