1、为抖音电商的商家达人生态负责，通过不限于体验分、口碑分、品质分的生态分数体系，精准刻画商家达人生态体验表现，有效牵引商家达人生态向好； 2、深入理解电商生态机制，能够基于各垂直多样化业态，以用户复购留存体验视角为目标，拆解商家达人生态体验因子，设计分数策略； 3、基于商家达人分数体系设计诊断、提升等产品方案与相关策略，赋能商家达人体验向好； 4、基于商家达人分数为牵引抓手，在货架场、内容场等流量场景设计生态策略，以用户价值为导向优化平台流量分发策略； 5、规划方向和目标，产出具有长期价值的优化思路，做好项目优先级管理，推进跨部门协作，获取资源和支持，确保优化思路落地，拿到用户、商家达人和平台三方的收益。

1、计算机、数学/统计学相关专业优先，扎实的数据分析能力，逻辑能力强； 2、具备较好的电商及内容社区相关理解； 3、跨部门沟通协调、项目管理和推动能力优秀，同时有丰富的团队管理经验和成熟的管理技巧； 4、自驱力强，对工作有责任心，时刻保持激情活力。
