1、负责抖音基础产品体验等业务分析； 2、对产品播放器、交互手势、多体裁等场景制定体验管理规范及数据监控标准； 3、挖掘用户产品使用体验问题并刻画度量，推动体验优化；通过AB实验分析并推动迭代优化方向； 4、针对日常工作中的痛点，结合数据产品与工具迭代工作模式提升效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、经济学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、对数据敏感，能快速理解业务，能发掘业务细节和数据之间的联系，有较强的逻辑思维能力和创新意识；对数据分析有强烈兴趣者优先；有互联网数据分析实习经验者优先；了解AI模型、AI应用，有应用搭建经验者优先； 3、熟悉了解并掌握SQL、Python等代码能力；熟练使用数据可视化工具；逻辑思维能力强，主动性和执行力强，能独立思考解决问题； 4、具有良好的团队配合能力，沟通能力；学习能力强、善于思考和总结，能持续积极地学习并优化工作； 5、连续实习4个月以上，每周5天优先。
