1、负责平台达人和商家撮合的规则体系搭建，设计平台服务费、佣金率调控等机制，为撮合效率和平台收入增长负责； 2、构建达人分层治理体系，制定核心达人成长策略和长尾达人淘汰机制，为生态健康度负责； 3、通过数据分析、行业调研等手段，识别平台撮合核心问题，提出系统性解决方案并推动落地； 4、与产品、技术团队协同，搭建撮合策略相关的底层工具和数据监控平台； 5、与商家运营、达人运营团队密切配合，推动撮合策略顺利落地并持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上互联网平台运营/策略工作经验，有内容电商、达人撮合、联盟平台经验者优先； 2、有独立思考和策略能力，具备规则设计和生态调控思维，熟悉双边市场的运作机制； 3、能独立完成数据提取与分析，能从复杂数据中定位问题根因并提炼策略方向，会SQL优先； 4、具备跨部门协同能力，能推动复杂项目落地，与产品、算法、财务等团队有强联动经验者优先； 5、良好的职业习惯、高度的敬业精神和工作责任心，自我管理意识。
