1、搭建合同管理体系，根据业务需求和内部职能部门相关要求，持续优化合同模板与条款，负责从合同模板拟定、合同谈判及签署、合同履行及变更管理、合同关闭的合同全生命周期管理； 2、解读非标合同，分析风险条款及执行过程中可能产生的其他风险或关联要求，洞察可能带来的影响，并提出应对策略，确保按公司相关要求进行签约； 3、负责合同管理制度及操作规范的监管执行与更新，确保合同审批、签署、归档、履行等过程的完整性，搭建合同风险管控体系，降低合同履约风险； 4、负责监控合同签署后的交付进度，风险预警，推动卡点，确保合同的顺利执行，并确认收入； 5、持续梳理和优化合同管理相关流程，提升合同审批效率，推动合同线上化进程； 6、负责各类合同数据的维护、统计工作，协助财税、审计部门提供相关数据。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上合同管理或销售运营相关工作经验 ; 2、具备一定的法律和财务知识，能够起草合同条款、SOW等合同文件，良好的商业敏感度，擅长体系化思考，较强的学习能力、自驱力、创新能力及良好的团队合作意识； 3、具备出色的内外部沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，能有效参与和推动重大专题项目落地； 4、具备一定的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，对业务逻辑和数据表现敏感，能够独立完成监控报表搭建，熟练使用Excel/PPT等数据挖掘和展现工具。
