1、围绕商业化客户做客户分层等建模分析，为资源分配和策略精细化管理提供依据； 2、参与收入目标、预算成本、各类资源政策设计与评估，跟踪业务指标和策略结果，完成波动归因、效果评估和阶段复盘； 3、搭建和维护广告经营分析所需的数据模型、指标体系和统一口径，保证核心数据可用、可信、可复用； 4、与销售、运营、策略、产品研发等团队协作，推动分析结论落地，并持续迭代分析框架和业务机制。

1、2年以上数据分析、商业分析、战略运营相关经验；有商业化、广告或资源管理经验；数学、统计学相关专业背景的优先； 2、数据能力扎实，熟练使用SQL，具备Python等工具能力，能独立完成数据建模、分析和结果表达； 3、熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法，能够使用算法模型进行分析以辅助决策与优化效率； 4、业务理解和推动能力强，能把数据问题转成业务判断，讲清结论，也能推动跨团队落地。
