1、以数据驱动为核心，负责合规管控业务全流程运营分析，深挖流程低效卡点与业务痛点，提出有效的效率优化建议，同时能沉淀业务分析思路； 2、联动产品、研发及运营团队，推进优化方案落地执行，跟进效果、闭环提效指标，量化成果； 3、具备数据与逻辑分析能力，擅长数据拆解、问题定位与方案推导，可独立完成全流程分析工作；理解支付合规的服务链路，并结合业务特性进行针对性分析和指导； 4、搭建运营表现分析体系，负责指标建立及优化，并协助业务管理及风险监测。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上合规运营、国际支付、国际化业务经验优先； 2、较强的理解和沟通能力，善于观察、分析和归纳总结，思维逻辑性强； 3、有一定数据能力（e.g.SQL）； 4、英文可作为工作语言。
