1、根据公司业务发展规划，采购国内短信、语音、号码服务等云通信相关资源，包括供应商寻源、谈判、采购、交付、供应商管理、采购流程的制定及优化等； 2、负责维护和拓展供应商的商务合作关系，与供应商开展云通信资源的合作与创新； 3、负责资源预算和支出的统筹优化，通过商务谈判、模式创新等方式实现降本增效； 4、协助资源运营团队跟进并解决供应商服务中遇到的问题，并不断提高供应商的绩效表现，提供稳定、优质的云通信资源。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、网络工程等相关专业毕业优先；掌握国内短信语音资源的类型及采购模式，熟悉营销场景资源，对市场水位敏感度高； 2、有3年以上云通信商务拓展工作经验，有运营商、云厂商、ISP及呼叫中心等行业经验优先； 3、具备数据分析能力及产品意识，主动掌握行业信息及市场趋势，精通商务谈判技巧和需求管理、项目管理、跨团队协作能力； 4、有较强学习能力和跨团队协调能力，能快速理解业务并对业务成本数据进行洞察和分析，发掘优化方案。
