1、担任规则团队和BPO团队之间的协调者，接收必要的规则下发需求，并根据需要翻译成培训材料，落地并交付BPO供应商培训项目，确保他们能够满足审核、标注或客服的要求及标准； 2、为培训材料设计研究案例和示例，制定方案评估BPO团队对规则和案例的理解能力，以执行符合质量和效率标准的审核、标注或客服任务，追踪规则要求和下发培训材料，制定接收和交付的标准操作规程（SOP），以满足规则、处置及服务要求，确保BPO团队能够达到所需标准； 3、评估BPO团队的案例疑问，澄清和解决他们的问题点，与规则团队协调更新规则和案例以提升BPO团队的执行效果； 4、制定并实施质量保证/质量检查流程并质检具有统计代表性的案例，评估和确保BPO的质量和准确性以满足交付SLA，进行系统的案例抽查，发现规则或流程设计中的潜在风险，并根据需要向规则和产品团队提出改进空间和问题解决方案； 5、根据需要与规则、BPO、产品和其他跨团队协作，提升整体培训交付、培训开发、质量保证/质量检查、接收和交付过程以及时间线； 6、定期追踪、分析和评估BPO的表现，确保他们达到审核、标注或客服所需的质量及其他要求，在BPO表现不及预期时根据需要开展专项根本原因分析。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉O2O、电子商务或其他在线和离线本地服务者优先； 2、有一年以上涉及业务流程外包（BPO）运营（包括交付、标签、审核或服务）的工作经验，熟练使用查询和分析工具并进行数据分析者优先（例如SQL、Python、Excel）； 3、熟悉业务流程外包管理，包括需求管理、标准作业程序（SOP）制定、服务水平协议（SLA）、生产率和质量水平相关指标，以及外包培训及业务流程外包劳动力规划和管理，熟悉业务流程外包行业，在端到端业务流程外包管理（包括培训、质检、质量校验阶段）方面有良好的业绩记录； 4、出色的报告撰写和演讲技能，该职位要求具备综合研究和分析的能力，并能以清晰、有条理的书面形式向管理层和利益相关者介绍成果和提出建议； 5、具备计划管理和沟通技能，能够管理和推动复杂的项目，能够跨团队协作，积极主动、独立、有上进心，能够适应快节奏的环境，可以同时处理多个优先级事项； 6、优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力，包括书面制定和沟通复杂政策和流程的能力，出色的沟通及培训能力。
