1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上金融机构或支付机构相关从业经验，有相关产品设计经验优先； 2、了解支付机构流动性管理运作模式，具有较强的数理分析与处理能力，同时具有从0-1搭建系统化的产品能力； 3、有始终创业的热度，能够良好的应对挑战与压力； 4、自我驱动，且能保持高度的团队协作力； 5、具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够在中英双语环境中工作。
