1、负责抖音生活服务内容与营销团队的业务策略运营，确保部门中短期策略制定及落地执行； 2、市场分析及行业分析，持续跟踪行业前沿营销趋势，通过数据和研究寻找业务创新方向和重点课题，产出策略并推动落地； 3、业务策略支持，部门业务规划及日常决策支持阶段性重点方向、资源投入方向、业务协同方向探索等内容与营销部门的中长线课题研究； 4、市场核心指标常规经营诊断，固定周期会议分析报告，对外会议材料部门目标、核心北极星指标拆解及进展追踪； 5、发起跨团队、跨业务的专项，协调各方明确目标和策略方向，解决项目推进中的关键问题，推动落地并复盘。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上商业策略分析相关工作经验，具备商业分析、市场分析、经营分析和咨询公司工作经验优先； 2、具备业务咨询、业务理解、沟通协调推动和资源获取的能力，在所处专业领域有成功的项目经历，能独当一面； 3、使命责任驱动，目标感和责任心强，换位思考，坚持双赢思维； 4、在市场营销、达人运营、本地生活行业等方向有过业务经验的优先。
