1、独立负责关键项目的端到端规划、管理与交付，解决AI数据服务与运营体系的全局性业务问题；与各业务线建立深度合作伙伴关系，运用战略思维，确保业务需求有效融入解决方案，实现运营策略与业务重点高度对齐； 2、深入分析运营指标，识别瓶颈、挖掘改进机会，系统性地输出结构化报告与可落地的行动建议，为战略与战术决策提供依据； 3、基于分析发现，运用清晰的方法论、原则与框架，推动有针对性的流程优化，实现可衡量的业务成果，助力数据驱动的管理层决策； 4、主导建立并维护关键指标的治理框架，涵盖指标归属、定义、应用及变更管理流程；推动指标与报告体系的统一化与标准化； 5、驱动跨职能团队的对齐与协作，有效管理项目依赖关系，确保各方在目标、时间线与期望上达成一致，按业务目标与路线图交付项目成果。

1、本科及以上学历，具备内容安全、AI数据服务或国际化业务项目管理经验者优先； 2、5年以上项目管理、业务运营或相关技术领域工作经验，理解运营、信任与安全或内容安全领域的业务流程与工作流，具备卓越运营与流程优化的实践经验； 3、出色的组织、协调与沟通能力，拥有管理复杂战略项目与流程的成功经验；卓越的问题解决能力，注重细节，能确保数据准确性与质量； 4、能够向技术及非技术相关方清晰阐述复杂分析，并将洞察转化为切实可行的建议；有跨部门、跨地域复杂项目协同与管理经验者优先； 5、能够运用SQL、商业智能/可视化工具及Excel等工具处理数据，支持项目跟踪、报告编制与商业洞察分析。
