1、负责广告、生活服务、电商安全与信任业务场景的模型运营，重点支持商业化安全信任多模态&理解与生成基座的优化迭代和Agent框架在商业化机审&人审的建设与应用； 2、支持算法模型结构设计、数据工程、后训练（SFT&RL）、模型效果评估、Agent框架优化等全链路工作，建设原子能力并推广业务应用，负责auto-Workflow、multi Agents、Harness等能力，系统输出实验认知并应用在解决成熟业务问题上，攻克业务治理瓶颈； 3、灵活应用传统计算机视觉/文本、图网络等相关模型，及各模态大模型与新型生产工具，掌握系统实验方法，持续突破模型准召天花板，兼具经营思维，擅长选用ROI最优的解法，沉淀认知并抽象业务范式，平衡治理需求与业务增长需求； 4、与跨业务线产品运营、算法团队合作，高效、规范项目管理，了解并持续跟进技术发展方向，在各业务场景治理效果、效率上持续领跑行业。

1、本科及以上学历，数学/计算机/人工智能等工科背景优先，有模型训练、基模优化、模型效果评测、机审&人审流程设计类工作经验者优先； 2、有机器学习基础，对大模型技术有深刻认知，掌握算法在机审和人审场景的应用方法； 3、熟练掌握SQL、Python，乐于主动学习新技术，能够基于数据独立分析业务问题； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作，愿意挑战复杂问题。
