1、具备4年及以上国际业务项目管理或电商传播相关经验，了解国际国内媒体生态，熟悉国际媒体传播规律与受众偏好，能够快速适应国际化工作环境，擅长在多元文化背景下开展跨团队、跨部门协作，具备出色的组织协调与沟通能力，具有国际传播/公关等相关经验者优先； 2、项目管理能力突出，可独立规划、组织并推进复杂传播或者舆情处理项目，擅长协调各方资源，确保项目全流程高效、顺利执行； 3、拥有丰富的舆情风险处理经验，抗压与应变能力突出，秉持耐心、细心、实事求是的工作态度，脚踏实地，在快节奏的国际化工作场景中，仍能保持清晰逻辑，有序推进各项工作； 4、具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可独立完成高质量英文报告/策划案撰写，自如开展全英文国际商务沟通与协作。
