1、理解文本大模型应用原理，结合业务现状及服务场景需求，完成问题分类、设计、推动落地针对性的大模型应用解决方案，提升AI服务体验； 2、主导智能知识库体系搭建，结合业务场景优化场景知识库、流程规则、解决方案，持续提升智能解决能力； 3、深度分析智能服务侧的业务需求，理解、设计并部署智能承接方案，保障承接效率和效果； 4、通过监控渠道的运营状况，对业务和服务变化进行及时的服务策略设计和部署，建立运营保障体系； 5、对整体智能对话质量负责，搭建全链路的对话数据监控体系，并能沉淀基于业务现状的运营经验和方法。

1、本科及以上学历，具备智能客服或有至少一项大模型应用实践相关工作经验优先； 2、对智能服务设计、NLP及大模型应用有高度热情与探索欲，对大模型应用有较深理解； 3、具备优秀的数据洞察、问题分析和策略制定及行业对标分析能力； 4、有大模型应用0-1上线实践经验，或者模型迭代替换、多模型协同运作经验者优先。
