1、依托火山引擎数智化营销方案、数据智能体（Data Agent）产品能力及方案，助力企业搭建数据AI Agent应用体系、用户增长体系，提升数据与AI大模型应用能力；搭建业务知识应用体系、数据指标、标签体系及营销活动等场景方案，以数据和AI驱动增长； 2、蓝图方案设计及项目交付落地推动：推动数据产品/Data Agent方案在消费、泛互联网等行业落地，深入了解客户业务与数据分析及AI应用诉求，设计业务交付方案及蓝图，包括但不限于AI Agent应用方案、企业知识库构建方案、埋点、标签、可视化报表、AB实验，协助数据/系统集成、数仓设计及开发等； 3、数据智能体（Data Agent）落地：负责数据智能体场景落地，基于火山引擎数据平台Agent设计业务应用方案,企业知识引擎知识体系设计方案、知识管理、应用方案等，推动大模型应用,优化提示词与工作流，实现智能交互等技术落地； 4、项目协作与案例沉淀：聚焦客户项目,协同多团队推进售卖万及交付，确保交付质量与客户满意；梳理案例，形成行业解决方案与实践,沉淀知识库。

1、5年以上To B行业经验，统计、数学、计算机相关专业优先，3年以上消费、泛互联网行业服务或从业经验优先； 2、了解当前大模型能力及市场主流方向和产品技术及应用场景，如AI Agent、数据分析报告、知识引擎、知识库管理、知识体系搭建等，具有大模型开发工具(例如Coze、HiAgent、Dify等)使用经验，能够写Prompt/Skill、搭建大模型工作流等； 3、熟练使用统计分析工具，具备SQL能力，对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析能力；熟悉CDP、MA、UBA等营销数据产品； 4、有企业知识库建设、用户行为埋点设计、用户标签体系设计、指标体系设计、可视化报表制作等经验，具有消费、泛互联网行业沉淀优先； 5、具备优秀沟通与服务意识，良好汇报表达能力，具备较好的协作能力，能够独立推进复杂项目的需求把控和交付落地； 6、具备较强的学习能力及自我驱动能力，有能力及意愿探索新的AI应用场景及方案等。
