1、负责抖音运营项目相关中后台产品设计，根据不同的运营场景设计合理的项目流程和度量机制，结合大模型能力探索流程提效、辅助决策等场景，提升业务执行效率； 2、建立项目监控机制及相关管理看板，辅助业务进行问题洞察及经营分析； 3、建立完善的资源管理、预算控制、资金安全能力，为整体运营资源使用的规范及安全负责，通过AI能力优化资源使用路径，提升资源使用合理性及效果； 4、通过数据分析、用户调研等多种手段，理解业务痛点，挖掘本质诉求，推进功能迭代，保障平台使用体验，提高运营效率效果。

1、本科及以上学历，具备一定平台产品经验，有运营平台、数据产品、广告平台等复杂产品相关经验背景优先； 2、注重平台体验，深入业务，能够站在用户视角设计并优化平台功能；具备较强的产品规划、交互设计的能力，可以高效独立完成项目推进落地； 3、熟悉LLM、Agent、RAG等核心技术原理，了解主流大模型优劣与边界，能将AI技术转化为产品价值，能快速适配AI技术迭代，及时更新知识体系与产品思路； 4、良好的逻辑思维能力，数据理解能力强，自我驱动力强； 5、拥有强烈的责任心，有良好的沟通协作和项目管理能力。
