日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、负责国际化商业产品广告样式相关产品，明确客户营销诉求并梳理用户旅程，完成B端到C端全链路的产品落地； 2、通过数据分析、市场调研、用户访谈等方式，挖掘各场景优化方向并推动样式产品迭代，引入增量预算和提高用户体验，最大化国际化产品生态价值； 3、对实验和日常数据进行深挖分析和跟踪，定义关键指标，搭建并完善数据看板，提高现有产品表现和渗透率； 4、对接行业业务方，深入了解各行业营销玩法和广告样式形态，设计并落地可规模化的行业样式产品； 5、协助团队与技术，运营，数据，设计等海内外合作团队进行协同，跟进并推动复杂项目进度。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够对复杂问题进行总结、拆解和分析解决； 3、具备良好的组织、计划、沟通和执行的能力，能够具有自驱力和责任心的进行项目的推动； 4、有产品相关实习经验或商业化经验优先，熟悉国际化产品交互者优先； 5、能够保证6个月及以上的实习时间优先，线下工作者优先； 6、英语流畅，可作为工作语言。
