1、建设算法质量系统，围绕交易与广告模型链路，参与特征一致性、样本异常检测、特征稳定性、模型可解释、策略灰度等系统研发； 2、建设大模型应急系统，参与线上排查、模型分析、容灾演练、参数优化、长任务自动化等Agent系统开发，研发Skill、Memory、知识上下文等技术，在超大规模系统中应用； 3、建设基础设施，参与持续交付、灰度泳道、实验巡检、放量检测、链路回放、接口测试、监控告警和容灾兜底等平台能力建设，为高并发、高收益敏感链路提供稳定的工程底座； 4、参与稳定性架构，围绕服务与模型高可用，建设可自愈、可自动兜底的系统，提升系统稳定性。

1、计算机、软件工程、通信、自动化、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，有扎实的计算机基础； 2、熟悉C++、Go、Java、Python中一种或多种语言，能独立完成复杂系统的设计、开发、调试和性能优化； 3、熟悉后端服务、微服务、分布式系统、数据库、缓存、消息队列等工程技术中的至少一类，并有真实项目经验； 4、具备复杂系统抽象能力，能把业务问题拆成数据、链路、模型、平台和流程上的可执行方案； 5、对机器学习系统、推荐/广告/搜索模型、特征工程、样本工程、MLOps或AIOps有实际经验或强兴趣；若主攻大模型方向，希望你理解LLM应用开发的基本范式，包括工具调用、知识检索、任务编排、结果评测和线上稳定性治理； 6、具备负责人意识，能推动跨团队问题闭环；面对线上复杂问题时，愿意追根因，也能把经验沉淀成系统能力。
