1、负责国际化产品社区安全相关系统和产品功能的服务端研发，包括审核平台、风控策略系统、任务分发系统、审核工具、数据反馈链路等核心模块； 2、参与AI辅助审核和AI Agent相关能力建设，围绕内容理解、风险识别、审核建议生成、自动化处置、运营提效等场景，推动LLM、Agent能力在真实业务中的工程落地； 3、面向亿级日投稿和亿级日活场景，建设高并发、高可用、低延迟的分布式系统，持续推进系统架构升级、性能优化、稳定性治理和成本优化； 4、深入理解社区安全、内容审核、风控策略等业务场景，与产品、算法、策略、审核运营等团队协作，抽象复杂业务流程，设计可扩展、可运营、可持续演进的系统方案； 5、参与团队技术规划、核心项目推进、技术方案评审、工程规范建设和人员培养，提升团队整体研发效率和技术质量。

1、5年以上服务端研发经验，熟悉Golang/Java/Python中至少一门语言，具备扎实的数据结构、操作系统、网络、数据库和分布式系统基础； 2、有分布式系统设计和落地经验，熟悉微服务架构、高并发、高可用、低延迟、限流降级、熔断容灾、容量规划、服务治理、可观测性等技术方向； 3、熟悉常见服务端中间件和基础组件，包括MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ/Pulsar、Elasticsearch、ClickHouse等，有复杂业务系统性能优化或稳定性治理经验者优先； 4、具备复杂业务系统建模和抽象能力，能够深入理解业务目标，将内容安全、风控策略、审核平台、规则引擎、任务调度、工作流编排等复杂业务问题转化为清晰、稳定、可扩展的技术方案； 5、对AI工程化有兴趣或实践经验，熟悉或了解LLM应用、AI Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling/Tool Use、AI Copilot、模型评测、多模态内容理解等方向，或有内容安全、信任与安全、风控、反作弊、反垃圾、审核系统、策略平台、To B平台、数据平台相关经验者优先； 6、具备良好的跨团队沟通、项目推进、技术判断和协作能力，有技术方案负责人、复杂项目负责人或小团队带队经验者优先。
