1、针对战略管理、知识管理、AI提效等话题，基于飞书咨询服务产品进行咨询方案设计，驱动咨询业务营收增长； 2、基于交付方案提供专业咨询服务，顺利完成项目，赢得客户的满意并通过财务验收； 3、识别咨询项目中客户的高价值需求，设计针对性解决方案，不断迭代咨询服务产品的交付范畴，提升交付能力； 4、基于飞书已有的AI产品能力设计新的咨询服务方向与咨询服务产品，丰富咨询服务类别； 5、基于飞书已有产品能力和AI能力，对传统咨询方法论进行产品化改造升级，探索AI时代下咨询交付新模式。

1、本科以上学历，有3年以上咨询顾问相关经验，在项目中有责任心，具备风险预判的能力、控制客户预期的能力、解决客户问题的能力； 2、具备丰富的业务数字化转型咨询落地经验，在战略解码、战略管理、数据治理、知识管理等领域有较为丰富的实操经验，担任过对应模块项目主要负责人； 3、具备良好的人际沟通、商务谈判及专业表达能力，能快速赢得客户信任，且有丰富的一号位对话经验，能灵活适配各种沟通风格； 4、具备强烈的求知欲、充沛的精力、良好的抗压能力和优秀的团队合作能力，善于敏锐的发现问题，并能够通过严谨的逻辑推导拆解并解决复杂问题； 5、参与过AI相关咨询项目的交付实施，对AI时代下咨询业务的开展有独到思考，具备一定的动手实操能力； 6、能够在工作环境中流利使用英文与客户保持良好沟通，能够交付英文培训者优先。
