1、制定电商规模化作者分层运营侧策略，能够开展有效的作者留存/活跃/成长的相关策略，实现作者规模化增长以及带货增长； 2、基于电商不同行业内容及行业特点，能够结合用户需求/洞察，策划并落地包括但不限于：创作指南、主题活动、行业撮合等； 3、深度洞察不同画像作者在成长阶段的核心诉求，开展精细化运营策略，能够开展短视频、直播方向作者维护、方法论输出、活动激励扶持、助理作者成长； 4、能够开展联动跨部门联动，推进达人广场、选品广场、成长中心等工具的运营落地，打通作者成长与商业变现链路，构建可持续的作者增长生态。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上内容创作者运营、规模化增长策略相关经验，有短视频/直播生态作者运营经验者优先； 2、对电商短视频内容趋势、直播带货玩法有高度敏感度和精准判断力，能够结合数据洞察用户及作者需求，输出可落地的运营策略； 3、具备出色的内容策划与项目统筹能力，熟悉从活动策划、资源整合到落地复盘的全流程，能够独立推动大型作者增长项目执行； 4、逻辑清晰，擅长拆解复杂业务问题，能通过数据分析挖掘作者成长核心驱动因素，具备将成功经验提炼为标准化方法论的能力； 5、具备强自驱力与结果导向思维，面对业务变化能快速调整策略，有在复杂场景下达成作者增长、GMV提升等关键指标的成功案例。
