1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上绩效激励管理相关工作经验； 2、具备良好的商业敏感度，擅长体系化思考，较强的学习能力、自驱力、创新能力及良好的团队合作意识； 3、具备出色的内外部沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，能有效参与和推动重大专题项目落地； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，对业务逻辑和数据表现敏感，能够独立完成监控报表搭建，熟练使用Excel/PPT等数据挖掘和展现工具。
