1、负责火山引擎生态团队销售管理体系建设，支撑生态业务快速扩张，通过目标管理、伙伴运营、流程优化赋能销售团队，保障业务目标达成； 2、目标管理与业绩追踪： 1）负责业务目标拆解、跟进、统计分析； 2）建立例会制度、日常沟通机制，识别业务风险并推动解决； 3、伙伴运营体系支撑： 1）协助梳理伙伴全生命周期作业路径，伙伴分层管理； 4、流程与组织建设： 1）参与生态团队各项考核规则、考核政策的制定； 2）优化外采审批、伙伴认证等规则和流程，促进生态体系运营效率； 5、业务协同与专项支持： 1）配合生态产品上线，同步销售策略； 2）支撑各种专项活动的运营。

1、本科学历及以上，3年以上To B销售BP/销售运营经验，有云厂商、AI平台生态经验优先； 2、熟悉销售目标拆解、业绩追踪全流程，能够独立搭建销售管理体系； 3、具备良好的跨团队协同能力，能对接产品、财务、法务等多个部门； 4、面对生态业务快速变化，能够灵活滚动调整目标，拥抱不确定性； 5、逻辑清晰，数据敏感，能够从杂乱业务中梳理出标准流程； 6、较强的问题解决能力，能主动识别业绩风险并推动解决。
