1、支持创意产品团队的战略规划、提升运营效率和管理全球项目，确保国际化短视频创意产品的成功落地； 2、与产品经理、数据分析师和创意专业人士等跨职能团队密切合作，提升国际化短视频代理商、达人、Symphony等平台指标，探索最前沿的AI生成内容在广告素材中的应用； 3、协助制定创意产品团队战略蓝图，提供数据驱动的洞察，研究创意趋势、竞争策略和市场需求，支持长期产品开发规划； 4、创建并维护绩效仪表板，监控和分析关键指标，评估项目影响，优化资源实现最佳ROI，提出流程改进建议以提高生产力； 5、管理全球项目（如销售策略、增量测试等），确保沟通顺畅、按时交付，实现项目的成功落地，并统一全球团队目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计、金融、管理科学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、拥有较好的分析和解决问题的能力，能够专注于数据驱动的决策，有管理咨询、战略、产品运营或广告相关实习经验者优先； 3、出色的英语沟通能力，能够清晰表达复杂的想法； 4、对创意产品策略和运营充满兴趣，并适应快节奏、创新环境； 5、精通Microsoft PowerPoint和Excel，具备基本SQL知识者优先。
