1、负责内部模型平台训练框架开发，服务于金融与增长场景； 2、负责大规模机器学习在线模型推理框架的研发与优化； 3、与算法工程师深度合作，为重点项目进行算法与系统的联合优化，包括特征平台建设、模型平台、标签服务、数据隔离平台建设； 4、负责财经内外部数据批、流式特征生产架构的设计和实现，为丰富的算法能力提供稳定，高性能的归一化特征计算流程托管能力； 5、有对话机器人、语音、NLP等AI领域项目经验优先。

1、熟练掌握Java/Scala/Go/Python编程语言，有良好的编程风格与工作习惯； 2、熟悉深度学习框架加分（如TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet或其他自研框架）； 3、熟悉主流Redis/HBase/Hudi/ClickHouse架构，熟悉消息队列，规则引擎等常用基础组件，对底层存储有深入了解和海量数据存储相关经验优先； 4、了解GPU编程/编译器/分布式计算框架/高性能网络优先； 5、有大规模分布式系统开发经验； 6、具有独立解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；对技术有信仰，追求极致。
