1、洞察大模型训练/推理业务特征，将AI集群互连与组网需求转化为交换芯片规格定义； 2、主导交换芯片架构方案设计，完成系统建模、性能评估与PPA权衡，保障架构可落地且具备竞争力； 3、推动交换芯片与XPU、NIC、通信库及模型/系统团队的跨层协同设计，优化集群吞吐、时延与通信效率； 4、牵头前端、验证、后端等团队推进芯片全流程研发，攻克架构/系统技术难题，支撑芯片顺利流片及量产交付； 5、跟踪前沿网络芯片技术，开展下一代产品预研与技术路线规划。

1、微电子、集成电路、计算机体系结构、通信等相关专业，硕士学位及以上； 2、5年以上交换芯片架构经验，主导或深度参与过至少一款量产高端交换芯片的架构定义与落地； 3、精通交换芯片完整Pipeline，熟悉以太网协议体系与数据中心无损网络技术； 4、深刻理解AI集群Scale up/Scale out互连架构，能够针对大模型训练/推理中的通信瓶颈进行架构取舍； 5、掌握C/C++/SystemC/Python等系统建模方法，能够独立搭建芯片级性能仿真模型，完成量化评估与瓶颈分析； 6、熟悉ASIC从架构定义到流片量产全流程，了解前端、验证与后端物理约束，具备软硬协同与架构可实现能力、优秀的跨团队协作与复杂项目推进能力。
