1、负责抖音生活服务达人直播方向的增长策略与产品规划，围绕直播达人从冷启动、成长到稳定经营的关键路径，设计有效的增长机制与产品方案； 2、深入理解生活服务直播达人生态，洞察达人在开播意愿、选品经营、直播能力、交易转化等环节的问题，提炼分层增长策略并推动落地； 3、围绕达人直播活跃、优质开播、GMV转化、等级升级等目标，搭建达人分层运营、任务激励、诊断推荐、成长路径等产品能力，提升达人直播经营效率； 4、结合数据分析、用户研究和业务观察，持续识别不同阶段直播达人的增长卡点，制定可验证的策略假设，并通过产品实验和策略迭代推动指标提升。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上产品经理工作经验，有达人/创作者增长、直播产品、策略产品、本地生活商家成长等相关经验者优先； 2、具备较强的产品基本功和增长策略意识，能够从业务目标出发，拆解关键指标、用户分层和增长路径，设计清晰的产品方案并推动落地； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力和业务判断力，能够通过数据看清问题、定位人群、拆解路径，并基于实验和复盘持续优化策略效果； 4、具备较强的跨团队协作能力和负责人意识，能够在复杂业务环境中主动推进，协调运营、数据、研发、策略等多方资源，拿到实际结果。
