1、计算机相关本科及以上学历，3年及以上测试经验，熟悉测试流程和测试用例设计方法，有团队管理经验优先； 2、熟悉主流iOS/Android自动化、性能工具的使用，有一定的代码能力，熟悉Python/Java/Go/JS/Swift等其中一种； 3、对敏捷开发及CI/CD有一定了解； 4、有较强的问题定位和推动能力, 协调各个角色进行问题解决； 5、充满激情，对产品质量有强烈的责任心。

加分项： 1、有性能/专项测试/自动化经验者优先； 2、有移动端产品测试经验者优先。
