1、负责国际直播营收产品的上线、运营及效果跟踪；通过组织全球及地区活动、产品培训等方式推广各项直播营收产品功能，提升营收与产品认知度； 2、深入分析各地区市场与用户需求，对地区市场与用户有认知，发现问题并反馈，推动营收产品功能的持续迭代与优化，与产品团队紧密协作打造卓越的直播功能体验； 3、独立策划相关活动方案，设定明确的目标和测量指标，对各类活动进行全面回顾，整理收益数据，总结成功案例及相应方法，助力更多产品与地区的发展。

1、本科或以上学历，3年以上产品运营经验，具备娱乐类产品运营者优先，包括不限于游戏、直播、音乐等领域，思维活跃且富有创造力； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，能够全面考虑复杂问题，并从活动回顾中提炼经验，指导后续活动的迭代； 3、积极主动，具备优秀的沟通、协作与项目管理能力，能够迅速识别活动推广过程中的挑战并推动解决方案； 4、能够使用英语进行书面和口头沟通作为工作语言； 5、具备全球大DAU产品运营经验，以及海外学习或工作经历者优先考虑。
